The next round of tariffs he imposed under a different statute after the Supreme Court struck down his first round of tariffs as unconstitutional back in February. But yesterday's ruling only affects the plaintiffs who sued, not the others who imposed the tariffs upon another Republican led state approves congressional redistricting that could give the GOP another House seat in the November elections.
