Next year's budget asks for nearly 5 billion more dollars than last year's, with a plan to hire thousands more agents, attorneys and immigration judges. 5 to 2 Children's Hospital Colorado is violating state anti discrimination law and must resume providing puberty blockers and hormone therapy to patients under 18. Four families sued. Those treatments stopped in January after Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Proposed a block on federal payments to hospitals that offer them. That directive has been vacated in federal court. Children's Hospital Colorado says in a statement it's reviewing the state's Supreme Court ruling and assessing next steps. Chris Foster, FOX News.

On Wall street, stocks could drop this morning. Dow futures down about 100 points, more than 200 for the NASDAQ. There was overtime playoff drama last night. Castle Lobby Wembanyama. He's unbelievable. Victor wembiana put up 41 points, had 24 rebounds and led San Antonio to a double overtime win in Oklahoma City. The spurs beat the defending champion Thunder 122, 115 on NBC in game one of the NBA's Western Conference Final. The overtime on ice was in a game.
