The head of the World Health Organization has gone to Congo, the epicenter of an Ebola outbreak, as more badly needed medical equipment arrived sent by the European Union. There are just over 1,000 suspected Ebola cases and more than 200 deaths. Meanwhile, a court in Kenya has blocked a US plan to set up a quarantine facility in that country for any US Citizens exposed to Ebola in Africa. But Kenyans are worried about the virus being brought there.

The facility's meant for Americans who are still asymptomatic of the potentially deadly disease. It'll also be equipped to provide advance care for U.S. citizens who develop symptoms until they can be evacuated. Those who are evacuated won't be going back to the States. Instead, the official says they'll be sent to third countries because it's faster.
