A two day manhunt is over for the suspected gunman who shot two sheriff's deputies in Virginia on Friday and ended last night with Michael Puckett's arrest in North Carolina.

Puckett is accused of opening fire on two Virginia deputies during a welfare check in Carroll county on Friday night and then fleeing the scene. Deputy Logan Utt died from his wounds.
