Three more ships have reportedly turned around. I'm Dave Anthony, FOX news. That's what Iran state media is saying the day after Iran attacked a cargo ship with a drone. And even though President Trump insists the deal with Iran as nuclear talks continue open the Strait of Hormuz to a free flow of shipping again.

A UN Agency says it temporarily paused evacuations until the safety of ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz can be guaranteed. And the IRGC Navy has warned any ship passing through a new shipping route with without Iran's coordination is unacceptable and dangerous. Secretary of State Marco Rubio says Iran will be judged not by its rhetoric but by whether ships are actually moving through the strait.

A police report cited in a court filing says foam sealant on the bottom of the reflecting pool was cut with a sharp knife or razor, causing destruction of delaminating surface material. The National Park Service's deputy director of operations, Frank Lands, made the statement in a court document and says the incident was reported to U.S. park Police on June 9. President Trump for several days has blamed vandals for American flag blue colored paint chipping and floating in the water.
