After an emergency water landing in the Arabian Sea, U.S. naval Forces Central Command posted to X saying there is no indication the emergency was caused by hostile action. Three of the helicopter's four crew members members have been recovered and are in stable condition aboard the George H.W. bush.

We're getting more key information on the investigation into Nancy Guthrie's disappearance. She remains missing after being abducted from her Arizona home in February.

The FBI weighing in after conflicting reports over ransom notes in the Nancy Guthrie case, revealing feeling that some may be legitimate and that they're still being investigated as such in the disappearance of Today show host Savannah Guthrie's mother. It did acknowledge, though, that many of them turned out to be dead ends. This coming in response to an earlier Reuters report that emails demanding bitcoin had been determined to be illegitimate. The letters, which were among those sent to law enforcement and media after the kidnapping, correctly identified details that hadn't been revealed to the public, including a broken security light on Guthrie's house and the apple watch she'd been wearing. Investigators say 16 year old Azuber Outen Fleming is in custody in connection with the murder of 22 year old Billy Schmidt, a Penn State student who was killed while walking home in South Philadelphia on June 6th. Federal officials say they tracked Outen Fleming to Colorado where he was arrested by US Marshals. They're still looking for 16 year old Kassim Smith.
