President Trump takes to Truth Social to threaten Iran after there were open calls for his death at the funeral of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali KHAMENEI. TRUMP WRITING 1,000 missiles are locked and loaded and aimed at the Islamic Republic of Iran, with thousands of more to immediately follow should the Iranian government act on its threat. During the Khamenei funeral, mourners held posters or banners calling for Trump's killing along with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Gary Baumgarten, FOX News.

The defense finished questioning its last witness, an ATF firearms expert, as it tries to cast doubt on the ballistics evidence. But court began this morning with a fiery statement from the lead prosecutor imploring the judge to wrap things up. Yesterday, the courtroom camera briefly aired Tyler Robinson's alleged confession note, an exhibit that wasn't supposed to be made public. And as a result, the judge ruled that today the camera could not show any more exhibits, only the testimony. The defense finished questioning Caitlin Oliver, an ATF firearms expert who analyzed the alleged murder weapon. The defense argued the bullet recovered from Charlie Kirk's autopsy could not be conclusively linked to the alleged murder weapon tied to Robinson.

Graham Platner's time as the Democratic candidate in Maine's US crucial Senate race is officially over.

Announced his plans to suspend campaign operations Wednesday. Graham Platner formally withdrew his candidacy for U.S. senate Friday evening, sharing a signed letter he wrote to the Maine secretary of State's office. The 41 year old was set to face incumbent GOP Senator Susan Collins in November. But he's been plagued by scandal, including an accusation from a former girlfriend who says he drunkenly forced her to have sex, which Platner denies. Maine's Democratic party has until July 27 to name his replacement. Earlier this week, the party announced plans to hold a convention before that deadline to find a new candidate, as a number of contenders have thrown their hats into the ring. Two transgender girls have officially withdrawn their legal challenge to President Trump's executive order regarding participation in women's sports.

Two transgender girls who were the first to challenge President Trump's executive order keeping men out of women's sports have dropped their lawsuit in New Hampshire. The decision follows last month's U.S. supreme Court ruling upholding bans on transgender girls and women competing on female school and college sports teams. Their attorney praised the teenagers courage in the face of what he called extraordinary hostility, saying the personal hardships they endured along with the Supreme Court ruling led them to end their legal challenge.
