Central Texas are bracing for more flash flooding. The new threat comes just over a week after historic and deadly flooding swept through Texas Hill Country. The National Weather Service warns showers and storms could bring another 1 to 3 inches of rain to the region, with up to 6 inches possible in isolated areas. The latest round of weather could hamper ongoing search efforts for the dozens of people still missing. At least 129 people were killed across several counties in the July 4th flooding, and new information is emerging about one of the hardest hit places. Records show FEMA removed dozens of Camp mystic buildings from federal flood maps years before the flooding actually hit.

20 year old Saif Moussalit, a Tampa, Florida native, was visiting family in the Israeli occupied West Bank. He was reported to have been protecting his relatives when Israeli settlers beat him, then blocked an ambulance from reaching him for three hours. His brother managed to carry him to that ambulance, but he died before getting to a hospital. Another man was also shot and killed in the incident. The U.S. state Department says it's aware of the deaths but wouldn't comment. The Israeli military said the killings are being investigated. The IDF also said violence broke out after some Palestinians threw rocks at Israelis, lightly injuring them. Joel NATO, Fox News Meanwhile, an Israeli.

Security lapses by Secret Service that is according to a new report on the assassination attempt on then presidential candidate Donald Trump during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, one year ago today.
Alexis McAdams
According to a new Government Accountability Office report, which was released by Senator Chuck Grassley, the agency knew there was a threat to Trump's life for days, but it did not alert local law enforcement or their own teams who were there on the ground. Though the agency is not sharing what type of threat it was, the Secret Service says it has made changes to address these failures to ensure nothing like this will ever happen again. The family of Corey Compare Territor, who was shot and killed that day, is still pushing for answers. And then also we're learning in this report that the Secret Service did not have a drone up that day. We knew about that when we were out there on the ground, but this is why the drone was broken. So this drone operator, who was also a new agent, says he had one hour of training for that drone.
