It was no accident. I'm Jack Callahan, Fox News. A driver in Los Angeles charged with assault with a deadly weapon after police say he struck 30 people with his car early Saturday on a crowded LA sidewalk. Chelsea Edwards of LA's Fox 11.

Chaos outside an East Hollywood nightclub after Authorities say a 29 year old driver plowed into a crowd.

Get the out the way. Get out the way, bro. He's coming back. Hey, get him. Get him, bro. Get that drunk.

Bite. Bystanders immediately surrounded the Nissan Versa and dragged the driver out where he was punched and then shot. Witnesses say it was mayhem. It happened around 2am just outside the Vermont Hollywood on Santa Monica Boulevard and Vermont Avenue where a reggae hip hop show had just ended. Authorities say Fernando Ramirez had just been escorted out of the club, returning minutes later in his car in what appeared to be an intentional attack.
Jack Callahan
Police are still searching for the person who shot Ramirez. Ukraine's President Zelensky says he is willing to make a deal with Russia to end the conflict between their countries.
Tulsi Gabbard
Ukraine is making another attempt at peace with Russia. Ukraine's president is calling on Moscow to meet next week for cease fire talks. The last round of negotiations in June ended after barely an hour. The new push comes as President Trump threatens Russia with steep tariffs unless it agrees to a cease fire within 50 days. Secondary tariffs could also be imposed on countries that buy Russian oil. This is all happening as Moscow continues to ramp up its massive drone and missile attacks.

Fox's gently painter Russia launched 300 drone strikes on Ukraine early yesterday, killing at least one person. A Delta Airlines flight made an emergency landing Friday when its left engine caught fire mid flight. The Boeing 767 returned to LAX shortly after takeoff for Atlanta. Everyone on board made it off safely. The FAA investigating the cause of the fire. America is listening to Fox.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsa Gabbard has released documents which she claims show a conspiracy by Democrats to undermine President Trump's first presidential campaign. SPOX's Roger Stern reports.
Roger Stern
Gabbard's report accuses the Obama administration of cooking up a conspiracy theory that Russia tried to help Trump in his first presidential campaign. It says there's no indication of a Russian threat to to directly manipulate the actual vote count. And she told Fox and Friends weekend.
Chelsea Edwards
It was essentially a years long coup that was launched against President Trump before.
Andy Byron
He even had the opportunity to take his oath of office.
Roger Stern
But a report released in 2020 from the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee chaired by Marco Rubio, determined that Russia did try to interfere in the 2016 election to help Trump.
Jack Callahan
Roger Stern, Fox News Connecticut Democrat Congressman Jim Himes, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, says Gabb accusation of treason against Obama administration officials is baseless. A CEO is out of his job after an embarrassing moment on a kiss cam at a concert went viral. As Fox's Daria Albinger reports, it took.
Andy Byron
Just a few minutes on a Jumbotron to end Andy Byron's career. The CEO submitted his resignation to the board of tech company Astronomer after he was shown embracing a woman who was not his wife on a kiss cam during a Coldplay concert. The board promptly accepted and said it's launched a formal investigation into whether Byron violated the company's code of conduct. The woman Byron was seen embracing was the head of HR for astronomer Kristen Cabot. The company says she's been placed on leave. And while his career may be over, at least for now, Byron's made his mark on pop culture. His actions launched a new phrase being Coldplayed. Dariel Olbinger, Fox News Jack Keller here.
