Only a few ships got through the strait yesterday. And this morning, oil prices keep rising back up. WTI backed around 88 bucks a barrel, $20 higher than when July started. And the price of the gas pumps gone up 17 cents since last Wednesday. Later this morning, the commander in chief will go to Delaware where four flag draped caskets will arrive. American troops killed last week in Jordan and Iraq.
