The plaintiffs objected to an agency rule that would allow the program to share details such as immigration status and Social Security numbers, as well as other personal facts with other government agencies or even private groups. Federal Immigration officials say 41 year old Edwin Lopez Cornejo died in a Newark hospital after becoming unresponsive at the Delaney hall detention facility. ISIS staff and medical personnel responded immediately and called 911, adding the official cause of death is still under investigation. Lopez Cornejo had previously been deported in 2006 and was arrested again in June after allegedly re entering the country illegally.
