The judge's ruling followed a suit filed by environmental groups in a local Native American tribe, which claims that the facility, which is in the Florida Everglades, threatens the wetlands and environmental restoration in that area. However, the facility will still hold illegal migrant detainees while the environmental issue is resolved. Kevin Yuretsky, FOX News.
