28 year old harjinder singh facing three counts of vehicular homicide, three counts of manslaughter and he has not yet entered a plea of guilty or not guilty. The judge acknowledged Singh is an illegal alien. She said he's a substantial flight risk single saying no conditions of release would ensure his appearance at trial. So all this comes after Singh allegedly killed three people on a Florida highway earlier this month. Video shows Singh making an illegal U turn in an 18 wheeler while a minivan crashes in to the truck. Questions remain as to how Singh was able to get a commercial driver's license in both California and Washington state.

Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis says the Trump administration is suspending the business license of the trunking a trucking company that hired Singh as a result of the accident. Immigration officials say they will deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Uganda. He's the Salvadoran who was wrongly deported to El Salvador and then returned to the US to answer charges of transporting illegal aliens.
Fox News Reporter (possibly Medicine Scarpino)
ICE sources tell FOX they plan to deport him to Uganda after the country recently cut a deal to accept third party deportation. Abrego Garcia was freed from jail in Tennessee after two judges ruled he should be released ahead of his January trial. He'll be placed in his brother's custody in Maryland and has to wear a monitor and a statement since Secretary Kristi Noem says this judge has shown a complete disregard for the safety of the American people. Abrego Garcia made headlines earlier this year when he was mistakenly deported to El Salvador for being a suspected member of Ms. 13. That violated a 2019 court order that protected him from being sent there. He was brought back in June and jailed on human smuggling charges after a suspicious 2022 traffic stop resurfaced.

State lawmakers in Texas finally passed a new redistricting map early yesterday morning, which could allow Republicans more seats in Congress in the midterms, but it's already facing legal challenges.
Political Analyst or Correspondent
Democrats and outside groups have already been preparing lawsuits to challenge the new map, and they are asking the courts for an expedited hearing early next month so that they can try to get the map thrown out before for the midterm elections. Democrats argue the new congressional districts violate the Voting Rights act if the new maps stand. One Democrat who won't be running for reelection is Congressman Lloyd Doggett. Here he is reacting to the bill's passage.
Jack Callahan
I hope that the court will uphold the current map, not the Trump map.
Political Analyst or Correspondent
Democrats and outside groups have indicated they are willing to take this legal fight all the way to the Supreme Court, but Republicans say they are not concerned. They believe they are on strong legal ground.

SPOX's Garrett Tenney A new report says the Pentagon is planning to deploy troops to Chicago, but as Fox's Jill NATO reports, the governor of Illinois doesn't want them.
Fox News Reporter (possibly Jill NATO)
President Trump's been saying he's ready to send federal troops into Chicago, much like he's already done in Washington, D.C. to help tackle the city's crime, homelessness and a crackdown on undocumented migrants. Now the Washington Post says the Defense Department's planning to deploy at least a few thousand National Guard troops to Chicago, and it could happen as soon as September. And Illinois's Democratic Governor J.B. pritzker's outraged posting on X Trump's goal is to incite fear in our communities and destabilize existing public safety efforts, all to create a justification of further abuse his power.
