They were about to be sent back on deportation flights that had to be grounded in Texas after a federal judge ruled in favor of a lawsuit filed by lawyers for some of the kids.

Police say an 11 year old boy is dead after being shot while playing ding dong ditch in eastern Houston. Police say that boy and possibly two others were ringing doorbells in the area and running away. According to Sergeant Michael Cass, a witness saw that boy running from a home after ringing a doorbell just before he was shot.
