Donald Trump
Well, we're going in. I didn't say when we're going in. When you lose. Look, I have an obligation. This isn't a political thing.
Dave Anthony
The president says crime's out of control there and he'll solve it like he did in Washington with the crackdown, including troops and federal agents.
J.B. Pritzker
He is insulting the people of Chicago by calling our home a hellhole.
Dave Anthony
Illinois Governor J.B. pritzker, Democrats as troops doing law enforcement would be illegal and aren't needed.

A federal judge's ruling yesterday claimed the Trump National Guard deployment to Los Angeles was unlawful back in June, though the Trump administration will appeal that, claiming troops were only protecting federal agents and buildings during protests over illegal immigration raids. In another legal challenge, a federal appeals court ruled the president cannot invoke the 18th century alien enemies act to justify fast track deportations, like in March when he kicked alleged Venezuelan gang members out of the country.

The 2 to 1 ruling finds the administration has not proven an invasion or predatory incursion against the US at the direction of the Venezuelan government, it bars deportations from the three states overseen by the court, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, where suspected Trenda Aragua gang members are being held. It can be appealed to the full 5th Circuit or directly to the U.S. supreme Court.

The Jeffrey Epstein controversy is back in the spotlight. With Congress back in session, the White.
Donald Trump
House is working with us. I want to publicly thanked the White House for turning over so many documents thus far.
Dave Anthony
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, a Republican. They released more than 30,000 pages, though most of them had already been made public. Some victims of Epstein's underage sex trafficking scheme met with lawmakers privately yesterday and some will be at a news conference today with Republican Congressman Thomas Massie and Democrat Ro Khanna, who keep pushing a bill to compel the release of more files. Congress is also facing a budget deadline.

The deadline to avoid a shutdown is September 30th. Republicans are hoping to move forward with the appropriations process, passing 12 individual spending bills that would fund the government through the next fiscal year.

That's fox's Ryan Schmelz. There are some changes coming to Chatbots amid concern about how artificial intelligence is affecting kids and their mental health.
Grenault Scott
Meta along with OpenAI, which makes ChatGPT, both say they will add the ability for parents to gain access to their teenagers accounts. An OpenAI blog post said its changes will reroute concerning conversations for parents who are connected to see and permit them to shut off certain features in Meta's changes. It's not letting chatbots talk with teens about any potential self inflicted threats such as suicide and eating disorders. Meta will also block kids from engaging in what it calls inappropriate romantic conversations. Last week, OpenAI was sued by a California boy's parents who claimed their son took his own life using instructions from ChatGPT. Grenault Scott, Fox News on Wall street.
