They have DNA evidence. I'm Dave Anthony, FOX News. The day before suspect in Charlie Kirk's assassination makes a court appearance, FBI Director Cash Patel just told Fox we have.

And Patel says that matches Tyler Robinson, who remains jail days after Kirk, a conservative activist, was murdered. Addressing a crowd at Utah Valley University, Patel also tells FOX the suspect did write a note before the shooting.

And, and we have evidence to show what was in that note, which is, and I'm going to summarize basically saying the suspect wrote a note saying, I have the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to take it.
