New overnight, the remains of two Israeli men have been returned home. The exchange including the remains of an 85 year old man who was abducted from his home during the October 7th attack back in 2023. The bodies of at least 13 people are still awaiting transfer back to Israel. Hamas has said they're having some difficulty finding all of the remains to be returned.

Fox's Mark Meredith, President trouble me today with NATO's leader again discussing helping Ukraine battle Russia following another missile and drone attack across Ukraine, killing at least six people. The president says he's no longer planning a second summit with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

Now. The president will leave for a trip to Asia Friday and the Senate's Democratic leader, Chuck Schumer wants meet with him before that as the government shutdown enters week four. But the president says no, he won't negotiate their health care issues till they vote to fund and reopen the government. Republican Senator Joni Erst just told FOX Business this has been a huge debacle through Schumer shenanigans. It has got to end. The world's most visited museum is open to visitors again to Louvre and Paris, which had been closed on Sunday's infamous burglary.

It almost sounded like a movie. The manhunt continues in France for the four thieves who stole historic jewelry centuries old in a matter of minutes after breaking through a second floor window. Protests erupt after ICE agents make arrests in Manhattan's Chinatown in an effort to crack down on illegal vendors. Multiple arrests were made, including illegal vendors and of enraged protesters. At least one protester is being charged with assault on a federal officer. Bystanders reportedly jumped in after witnessing what they claim was unduly aggressive arrests being committed by the agents. Gary Baumgarten, FOX News in Los Angeles.

As agents tried to arrest a suspected illegal immigrant, he rammed his car into a law enforcement vehicle which led to shots fired. Both the suspect and a deputy marshal were wounded and hospitalized. South of there, a police officer was killed on a highway.

One vehicle hit another and overturned on Interstate 8 in San Diego Monday night. A third vehicle hit that one. La Mesa, California, police officer Lauren Craven was driving by and stopped to help. Another driver hit her and the driver of the overturned car, killing both. Then a fifth vehicle slammed into the crash scene. A statement from the La Mesa Police Department says Officer Craven's actions in her final moments exemplified her unwavering dedication to service and the safety of others. She was 25 years old and joined the department last year. The driver killed is identified by his family as 19 year old Devonte Morris. Chris Foster, FOX News On Wall street.

Get it to Jabari Smith, his toes for the win and the Thunder with an opening night victory. Oklahoma City beat Houston125,124 in double overt time on NBC, spoiling Kevin Durant's debut with the Rockets after the Thunder raised last season's championship banner.
