Congresswoman Beth Van Dyne tells Fox News it's up to the speaker on bringing the House back, but the Texas Republican is concerned the messaging might get old.
Jill NATO
Frustrating for those of us who do have introduced bills that want them to be passed and want them to move forward. And I think good. I think the speaker absolutely understands that.

The Michigan Court of Appeals rules chimpanzees are not considered humans and therefore the DeYoung family zoo in the state's Upper Peninsula will not have to defend the confinement of seven chimps. Earlier this month, an attorney for the so called Non Human Rights Project argued chimps are entitled to some of the same rights as humans, humans. The appellate court, though, ruled the same as previous decisions, rejecting a potential exemption carved out for particularly intelligent animals. TOM graham, FOX NEWS On Wall street.
