Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has lifted the suspension of two army helicopter pilots who hovered next to Kid Rock's swimming pool over the weekend while he clapped and saluted. Hegseth writing on social media, there's no punishment and no investigation. Tiger woods says he'll seek treatment after pleading not guilty this afternoon to dui.

Woods was arrested in Florida last week after his Range Rover clipped another vehicle and rolled over. Court documents obtained by FOX News state that woods claimed he was distracted while driving.

State police in South Carolina investigating an incident where a deputy is caught on video hitting a high school baseball player in the head with a stun gun.

The deputy has not been named, but served as the school resource officer in Maran County. In the video, you can hear the smack and witnesses reacting to it. You also hear in the video that has been seen nationally why the deputy said he did it. He was stepping on my foot.

Job creation appears to be holding up if you look at the big picture. The Labor Department's Job Openings and Labor Turnover survey found 6.88 million new positions on the last business day of February. That's a slight decline, though. January's job growth was revised much higher to 7.2 million available positions, an upward revision of 290,000 jobs. The government says additional reports were received from businesses and government agencies since the report was initially compiled in February.
