A search and rescue operation in Iran. I'm Lisa Licera, Fox news. After an F15E fighter jet was apparently shot down in a remote area in the southwestern part of the country, one pilot has been rescued.

Both crew members would have been given extensive sere survival and evasion training. The rescued crew member is being treated for his wounds tonight. The extent of those injuries is not clear. Markings on the wreckage from the tail would indicate this was an aircraft assigned to the 490 24th Fighter Squadron stationed at Lakenheath in England. Based on its red band, this is one of the units deployed to the Middle east since the start of the war 35 days ago.

Fox's Jennifer Griffin in Washington. An A10 warthog was also struck by enemy fire but was able to return to safety. President Trump has signed an executive order which aims to place a limit on how long athletes can play college sports and how often they can transfer between schools.

The order states that athletes can play a maximum of five seasons and can only transfer once before they graduate. If a school doesn't abide by the new rules, they can risk losing federal funding. This comes after several dozen sports leaders joined the president for a roundtable discussion at the White House last month. But multiple lawyers have told ESPN that they believe judges would rule the president's order unconstitutional if challenged in court.

Fox's Tony Genualdo evacuations in part of Southern California as the Springs fire grows. It broke out around 11am and it's already grown to over 2 square miles. The cause of the fire east of Moreno Valley in Riverside county is under investigation. It was not immediately known how many households are under evacuation warnings or orders. The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for San Bernardino and Riverside county valleys through tomorrow afternoon. With gusts of up to 50mph expected. America is listening to FOX News. The parents of the suspects accused of planting an explosive device at a US Air Force base in Florida have been taken into custody by Immigration and Customs agents.

The parents, old Ann Mary Jang, Chinese nationals in the US Illegally, have been arrested by Immigration and Customs agents. Their daughter and son accused of planting a bomb outside MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa last month. The brother, 20 year old Alan Zhang, who faces numerous charges, fled to China, for which the US has no extradition treaty. Anne Mary Jang is charged with witness tampering and being an accessory after the fact. No motive outlined yet. Jeff Manasso, Fox News.

The Trump administration has scaled back its plans to dismantle the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The new plan calls for the bureau's headcount to be reduced from 1700 employees term to roughly 550 staffers. The administration originally intended to shrink the bureau's staff to around 200 employees. This plan, revealed in a memo and court documents this week, faces opposition from the CFPB's employee union and likely requires a federal judge's approval. You may be charged extra by a popular shopping service as gas prices continue to rise.

You could be paying more for some things from Amazon because of high gas prices. Amazon is applying a 3.5% fuel surcharge on third party sellers later this month. The sellers are independent merchants who use Amazon's warehouses and delivery services. The temporary fee goes into effect April 17. United Parcel Service and FedEx have also recently raised fuel surcharges to reflect rising oil prices. The US Postal Service recently announced its first ever fuel surcharge. It's an 8% fee on packages shipped from April 26th to January 17th.
