20 year old Davion Wally gets three years probation following a guilty plea in Oakland county court to multiple charges including carrying a firearm with unlawful intent and possession in the commission of a felony. Wally and another man, 21 year old Jamari and Hardiman, planned a mass shooting at a high school graduation held at a local sports complex in Pontiac last June following a fight. York City police sergeant has been sentenced to three to nine years in prison for tossing a cooler full of ice and drinks at a suspect who was running from him, then crashed his scooter and died. Eric Duran was convicted in the manslaughter in the 2023 death of Aaron to Pray. Duran says he was trying to protect other officers from the approaching scooter. A new documentary short chronicling actor Eric Dane's battle with ALS and quest for more research is set to be released later this year.
