The 35 year old suspect in New Hampshire has been on the federal radar for several months. Court documents show Dean delashay was questioned at his Nashua home in February by Secret Service agents who said he told them he's depressed, owns three guns and used his work computer for search topics including how to get a gun into a federal facility and previous assassination attempts. He was suspended from his job as an FAA contractor after being reported for asking the tech department to delete his search history. Then in April, federal prosecutors say he used his personal email account to send a message to the White House that he would kill the president. He's facing an interstate communication threat charge.

The Justice Department issued a federal grand jury subpoena last month seeking the name, position, address, email addresses and personal phone number of all employees and volunteers that worked on the 2020 election in Fulton County, Georgia. It's part of a federal investigation into President Trump's claim the election was rigged. Fulton county attorneys filed a motion to block the subpoena, arguing it's meant to target, harass and punish the president's perceived political opponents and intimidate and harass poll workers who fear for their physical safety.
