At a Martin county court hearing in Stuart, Florida, Tuesday, Judge Darren Steele ruled that prescription medical records for 15 time Major Goth champion Tiger woods must be turned over to prosecutors who will try to prove that woods was under the influence when he clipped his Range Rover into a landscaping truck March 27 on Jupiter Island, Florida. Before Woods's vehicle rolled over, Tiger woods attorney Douglas Duncan argued for privacy of these records. Both sides agreed to a protective order to keep the sensitive information from being made public. After the accident, woods was found to have two hydrocodone painkillers in his pocket. He has pleaded not guilty to charges and requested a jury trial. Jared Max, Fox News, Wall Street.
