sex offender wanted out of Pennsylvania is tracked down by U.S. marshals in Florida.

The U.S. marshals Service says 46 year old Joseph Mazzone, help of a Florida fugitive task force, to a makeshift shelter in the woods in Naples, Florida and taken into custody Wednesday. No details about how long the twice convicted sex offender was in Florida or the circumstances leading up to his arrest, though we're told Pennsylvania State Police were looking for him since early March. Mazzone awaits extradition back to Pennsylvania, where he's expected to face charges related to his failure to comply with state sex offender registration requirements. Jeff Manasso, Fox News.

Fifteen years in prison for the leader of an Eastern European neo Nazi group after prosecutors say he tried to recruit others to commit violent acts against Jewish people and minorities. Among cities with 20,000 or more residents, the top five fastest growing by percentage last year are all in Texas, one near Houston, four near Dallas, including Salina City at the top of the list, its population went up 24.6%. There's a pattern of mid sized cities growing faster than the major cities nearby. New York City, for example, shrank by around 12,000 people. But four suburbs are among the country's 200 fastest growing places by percentage. Charlotte, North Carolina had the highest actual population growth, up around 21,000 people. Austin, Texas becomes the 12th US city with more than a million people.
