Raul Castro, the 94 year old former Cuban president and brother of the late Fidel Castro, the man who led the Cuban revolution, is now facing seven criminal charges, including murder. In 1996, a humanitarian group called Brothers to the Rescue flew three planes to help rescue people fleeing the communist nation. Two aircraft were shot down off the Cuban coast. Four people were killed. According to the indictment, Raul Castro met with military leaders and authorized them to take decisive and deadly action against Brothers to the Rescue aircraft. Representatives from the Cuban government put out a statement condemning the indictment.

This filing with the Security and Exchange Commission sets the stage for a SpaceX debut on the NASDAQ in mid June. June 12th is what's being reported. The SEC filing does confirm that Goldman Sachs will lead the underwriting. Morgan Stanley, bank of America, Citi, JP Morgan and others will also be involved. The paperwork peels back the curtain on the financials of SpaceX 2. The company now includes the rocket business, Starlink satellites and artificial intelligence company XAI. SpaceX generated 18.7 million dol billion in revenue last year, reporting a loss of around $4.9 billion. It generated a nearly $800 million profit the previous year.

President Trump hopes Iran is close to accepting a nuclear deal with the US but warns he is ready to ditch a six week ceasefire and resume strikes if they don't.
