A human smuggling case against illegal immigrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia tossed by a judge today. Abrego Garcia's lawyers claimed that both the timing of the criminal charges and inflammatory statements about him by top Trump officials demonstrated the prosecution was vindictive. The judge wrote the administration would not have brought the case if Abrego Garcia had not been returned. Following his mistaken deportation to El Salvador, he became a lightning rod in the debate over mass deportation. SpaceX launching its biggest, most powerful starship yet on a test flight today.
