Recovery efforts are underway in Washington State, where a chemical tank explosion at the Nippon Dynowave packaging facility in Longview killed at least two people and left nine workers missing. A fire department official says the explosion did not create a threat to the water supply. Last week's SpaceX launch sparks a reaction from the FAA.

The launch from Texas last Friday saw its booster separating as usual after liftoff. But a problem happened. The engines on the first stage booster failed and instead of a nice controlled splashdown in the Gulf of America, the booster came in hot. The Federal Aviation Administration announcing that the Starship rockets are grounded pending further investigation. Crews are assembling a 4,000 plus seat temporary arena on the White House South Lawn, the venue for next month's UFC Freedom250. President Trump announced plans for the first of its kind event earlier this year and was joined by UFC fighters to reveal the event's card. A large arch depicting the American flag can already be seen over the White House. The UFC event is on June 14, Flag Day and President Trump's 80th birthday. California are learning the hard way that the city's new speed cameras don't blink. In just 40 days, the program's racked up 82,000 speeding tickets and 69,000 warnings.
