the Hormuz Strait must be immediately open, no tolls. Ships caught in the strait due to our amazing and unprecedented naval blockade which will now be lifted, may start the process of heading home. Enriched materials, sometimes referred to as nuclear dust will be unearthed by the United States in close coordination and conjunct with the Islamic Republic of Iran, plus the International Atomic Energy Agency and destroyed. No money will be exchanged until further notice. That's key because according to the New York Times, earlier in the negotiations, Tehran had demanded reparations for bombardment damage that some Iranian officials estimate at $300 billion to $1 trillion.

Well, this comes as the US and Iran agreed on a 60 day ceasefire in hopes to find an agreement on a nuclear deal. President Trump is scrapping plans for a major renovation at the Kennedy center following a judge's ruling.

President Trump says his administration will return control of the Kennedy center to Congress. The move came hours after a federal judge in Washington ruled the center's board illegally added President Trump's name to the performing arts venue and also blocked a two year closure for major renovations. In a social media post, the president says unless he is free to bring the institution back physically, financially and artistically, he has no interest in continuing what could only be a hopeless journey into never never land. Both the name change and renovations faced legal challenges from lawmakers and preservationist groups at the White House. Jared Halpern, FOX News records.

New Jersey State Police say they're establishing controlled protest areas that will be fenced in. They're going to separate opposing groups. They're going to have protesters that are for ICE and against ICE kind of in these closed off areas with fences. As the activity continues. Again, the protests have not been peaceful though. At night the feds are working to track down one man who was caught on camera threatening to kill an ICE agent and his family in New Jersey, which the acting attorney general says is a federal crime. It wasn't just verbal threat. DOJ official has now charged an alleged rioter with assault of a federal officer for allegedly kicking and biting agents at Delaney Hall.

So far, nine protesters have been arrested. A mother and daughter from Minnesota are under arrest and charged in a $21 million Medicaid fraud scheme from 2024. Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz tells Fox News the fraud is widespread.
The number one biller of Botox in the country just went to jail. She billed $25 million from Botox to Medicaid pretending that it was going to help people with migraines. Again. Fraudster coming from a place you could not imagine. And we're catching these folks. But the real question we should be asking ourselves is this a flaw or is it a feature?
The suspects are accused of false and fraudulent claims to Medicaid and are now facing eight counts of health care fraud and two counts of money laundering. A disoriented man slowly drove his car through doors today at Detroit Metropolitan Airport, alarming morning travelers inside a busy terminal but causing no major injuries. The 67 year old driver was immediately arrested when the SUV stopped. Authorities say the driver declared he was there to meet actor Tom Cruise and to save his dad. A woman trying to avoid the vehicle to find treatment for a possible leg injury. I'm Tom Brigotti.
