The FBI says they found $2 million worth of currency and more than 30 Rolex watches. He's also accused of lying on his resume, including about his education. Rush appeared federal court today. Federal prosecutors said he was a master manipulator, that there are still funds unaccounted for and that Rush moved money into commodities that could be liquidated easily. His attorney argued everything's accounted for, including the gold bars which he had for his job. The judge said he could not ignore the government's evidence and ordered Rush to remain in detention.
