There are 14 points. It's not until point number eight that you get to the line where Iran cannot pursue a nuclear weapon. There is this $300 billion reconstruction fund that the United States will be pursuing, directing and facilitating, but not donating too directly. And there is this line that the United States has to lift sanctions and unfreeze frozen Iranian assets.

Fox is Peter Doocy in Geneva. Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesperson says Iran must be able to sell its oil with no problems and transport and insurance must receive the revenue from oil sales. Meanwhile, the latest Fox News poll finds most voters don't approve of President Trump's handling of Iran.

Nearly two thirds of voters say they do not trust Iran to comply with the deal or stop developing nuclear weapons. And yet nearly six in ten voters also think it was wrong for the US to initiate military action, while three quarters think it's important for the US to pursue an end to Iran's nuclear program. 87% said it's also important to avoid a prolonged conflict.

A judge in LA granting Singer David's lawyer's request for more time rescheduling a preliminary hearing from June 29 to July 21. The hearing will determine if there's enough evidence to go to trial. The 21 year old, whose real name is David Burke, has pleaded not guilty to charges including first degree murder and the death of 14 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The teen's dismembered body was discovered in the trunk of a Tesla registered to Burke parked in a Hollywood lot.
