Angeles Singer charged with murder is pushed back again.

A judge in LA granting Singer David's lawyer's request for more time rescheduling a preliminary hearing from June 29 to July 21. The hearing will determine if there's enough evidence to go to trial. The 21 year old, whose real name is David Burke, has pleaded not guilty to charges including first degree murder and the death of 14 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The teen's dismembered body was discovered in the trunk of a Tesla registered to Burke parked in a Hollywood lot. Prosecutors claim the singer began a sexual relationship with Rivas Hernandez when she was just 13 and he was 18, alleging he killed her to protect his music career after she threatened to go public with the sex abuse.
