Fox's Alex Hogan in Tel Aviv. A new AP NEWC poll finds President Trump's approval rating on Iran stands at 34% even as a deal to begin negotiations materialized. A federal judge will allow some challeng to President Trump's executive order targeting mail in voting from Democratic led states and some voting rights groups ahead of the midterms.

The judge writing postponing may inflict significant hardship on plaintiffs. The order includes the government creating a list of eligible voters directing the U.S. postal Service to deliver mail in ballots only to those on the list. Plaintiffs argue it's unconstitutional, noting the Constitution allows states to oversee federal elections. But the judge also acknowledging there are many uncertainties as to how federal agencies will eventually implement the order. So it could be premature to challenge anything beyond November's midterms.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeyer has issued an investigative subpoena against Major League Baseball, alleging that the league is engaging in religious discrimination. The inquiry stems from an incident last week where three San Francisco Giants pitchers wrote Bible verses over their rainbow colored hats during the team's Pride Night despite the game taking place in San Francisco. Uthmeyer claims in a letter to league Commissioner Rob Manfred that the warning issued by the league violated Florida's Civil Rights Act. He also questioned whether the league applies the rule evenly in all cases, citing past examples of other players writing social justice messages on their uniforms. The subpoena demands action from MLB on July 23rd.
