Two adults are killed, a child hospitalized with what are called minor injuries at the Butte county library in Chico, California. It was open a little after 5pm when police say an 18 year old Chico resident, Bradley Scott Sayer, went in wanting to conduct a 1999 Columbine High School type massacre. And there's no indication he had any connection to the victims. Gunshots and screaming can be heard on the 911 call. Police set up a perimeter around the building. Some went in. The suspect fled out the back where other officers were waiting and made the arrest, recovering one gun with no shots fired. Chris Foster, Fox News.
