It adds up to 393 billion US over the next four to five years. President Trump will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the summit. A senior US Official says that discussions will center on the urgency to end the war and that the president will likely also follow up with Russian President Vladimir Putin as well.

The president's remarks come as indirect talks between the United States and Iran move forward. The cease fire between these two countries remains in place as regional leaders have expressed the importance of continuing the the Memorandum of Understanding. Despite the diplomatic progress, the funeral for Iran's late supreme Leader, the Ayatollah Khamenei, has been a large display of Iranian propaganda as delegations from around the world traveled to Tehran to participate. The funeral will continue until July 9th with millions of Iranians participating.

FIFA suspends Folorin Baligun's controversial red card, making the top U.S. scorer eligible to play against Belgium Monday. Fox's Madison Scarpino reports.

Fantastic news for U.S. soccer fans. President Trump even praising FIFA for, quote, doing what was right and reversing a great injustice. So we will now be seeing this World cup star played against Belgium in Seattle. Our Jonathan Hunt, who's been covering a lot of the World cup, says he would not be surprised if there are some protests from the Belgium team. So we'll have to wait and see. Baligun's foot comes out on the Bosnian player's ankle. Many saying it was clearly accidental. This was not a justifiable red card. It should have been a yellow card at most.

Baligun is under one year probation. FIFA could reactivate that one game ban if it's violated. Meanwhile, in the round of 16 of the World Cup, Norway today defeated Brazil 2 to 1. Norway will now take on the winner of tonight's matchup between Mexico and England, which starts at 8pm Eastern time. Officials say a masked man opened fire at a family barbecue near New York City Coney island beach on the Fourth of July. New York City Commissioner Jessica Tisch describes the victims. In total, eight people were shot, four adults and four children ages 6, 7, 12 and 14. New York City Mayor Zoran Mamdani condemns the incident.

One of the victims is in critical condition. The motive here is unclear and the suspect remains at large. Chicago police are investigating holiday violence over the fourth that left three people dead and 20 others wounded. Gunfire injured seven teenagers at a West Garfield park gathering Sunday morning. Two officers were also hurt during a traffic stop on Friday. Extra patrols remain deployed. No suspects are in custody. I'm Debra Valentine. This is FOX News.
