More than 1300 personnel assigned to containment heavy thunderstorms in Camden, New Jersey, causing flooding across the city, prompting emergency responses. Camden's director of public works and emergency Management Coordinator Keith L. Walker says rising waters trapped numerous residents in homes and vehicles.

A federal judge today ruled that a man accused of planting pipe bombs near the U.S. capitol on the eve of the Jan. 6, 2021, riots not covered by President Trump's mass pardons.

A federal judge rejected a motion to dismiss charges against Brian Cole Jr. The suspect accused of planting pipe bombs outside the Capitol Hill headquarters of the Republican National Committee and Democratic national committee in 2021. Attorneys for Cole argued he was covered by a pardon from President Trump of January 6th. Defendants writing in a court filing, Cole's actions were linked to the events of January 6th and should be dismissed. But Judge Amir Ali rejected the motion. Conclud the president's pardons were limited to individuals convicted of offenses. Hull was arrested last year, nearly five years after the pipe bombs were discovered at the White House.
