other countries have announced they are forming a coalition to protect Europe from ballistic missiles. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says our goal build a shared ballistic missile defense capability for Europe. The statement gave no timeframe for setting up the defense system, and it said the plan remained open to other countries. This comes after President Trump said last week Ukraine can produce its own Patriot air defense systems. Two Iranian groups and another backed by Russia are being banned in the United Kingdom as threats to national security.

Bans expected to be approved by British Parliament this week apply to the GRU Volunteer corps controlled by Russian intelligence, Iran's paramilitary Revolutionary Guard and the IMCR Islamic movement of the Companions of the Right. It's claimed responsibility for seven attacks in the UK and others in Belgium and the Netherlands, including fires at synagogues, Jewish charity ambulances and a Persian language media organization critical of Iran's government. The leak dumped nearly 13,000 barrels of heavy crude oil into a creek in Washington county, about 150 miles northwest of Kansas City. Sam Neill has died.
