Iran claims the U.S. is hitting civilian infrastructure, but the White House denies that, telling Fox the United States military has carried out strikes exclusively on military targets, including military logistics infrastructure, adding that it's Iran that's attacking civilian ships in the Strait. Still, a senior IRGC commander now warning that if US Strikes continue for several more days, Iran will move into a phase of full scale offensive operations.

In a social media post, the president says he's holding Canada responsible for not properly maintaining their forest, saying the US Is being unnecessarily invaded by filthy, polluted and unhealthy air. Hazardous air quality alerts have been posted across much of the US President Trump suggests the yearly occurrence is costing the US Billions of dollars and says that cost of the pollution will be added to tariffs Canada is currently paying.

In South Carolina, Paul Pelosi, the husband of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, has been charged with misdemeanor hit and run after hitting a parked car at the Napa County Sheriff's Office says Pelosi was driving his convertible July 3rd in the heart of wine country when he hit a parked car on the city on the road. The sheriff's department says Pelosi did not have alcohol in his system. America's listening to FOX News.

There's a report that an early summer heat wave in Europe may be responsible for more than 10,000 deaths.

It was the hottest June ever on record in Western Europe. And the Euromomo Excess Mortality Tracker finds There were 14,260 more deaths the week ending June 28th than would otherwise be expected. More than 12,000 of those were people 65 and older. It's impossible to say how many deaths were caused by the heat. Someone with a heart condition could have a heart attack, possibly triggered by extreme heat exposure, for example. The the chief physician at the Danish lab that hosts the tracker says that much excess death in a week is highly unusual and there's no obvious explanation other than the heat wave. The highest rates were in France, Belgium and Germany. Chris Foster, Fox News.

But the FBI says Abdikirm Abidley was arrested in Mogadishu, Somalia, late last month and now extradited back to the US to face charges after allegedly bilking taxpayers out of $250 million meant for child nutrition programs in Minnesota in one of the largest fraud cases in history. FBI Director Kash Patel calling Abidley's transfer in cooperation with the Somali government a historic moment for the agency's war on fraud.
