Seattle police now say they believe there were at least three people who exchanged in gunfire outside the Seattle center armory Sunday. A 15 year old who is in custody, an acquaintance who died at the scene and at least one other unknown suspect.

The details revealed in a document filed in juvenile court where the 15 year old arrested was making an initial appearance for alleged firearm violations and first degree assault. Fox's Kristin Goodwin. A judge has ruled this enough evidence to bring singer David to trial in the killing of a 14 year old girl. Louisiana County DA Nathan Hockman says David, real name David Burke, killed and dismembered Celeste Rivas Hernandez when she threatened to expose their relationship.

Prosecutors say David met the victim when she was 11 and began sexually abusing her when she was 13 and he was 18. He denies killing her. The man convicted of murdering four University of Idaho students asking a court to let him withdraw his guilty plea. Ryan Kohberger filed the handwritten petition from the maximum security penitentiary in Idaho. President Trump this afternoon at a GM plant in Michigan where he touted his border policy.

Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Biennami was shot last night at the couple's home in Virginia.

Mia Biennami, who is 57, is hospitalized in stable condition. Eric was with the Chiefs earlier Sunday for the team's second practice of training camp. Officials say their son Elijah was arrested and charged with malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and discharge of a firearm inside of a dwelling as a result of the shooting. The chief said in a statement they are aware of the incident involving B. Enemy's family, but did not provide further details.
