A deadly bus crash in upstate New York. I'm Lisa Licera of Fox News. Police now say five people have died and multiple people are hurt after a Tour bus with 54 people on board crashed and rolled over on i90 near Buffalo. The bus was carrying people back to New York City from Niagara Falls.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation, however. Mechanical failure as well as operator impairment have been ruled out at this time.

State Police Commander Major Andre Ray, who says the driver is cooperating in the investigation. The Justice Department has released audio recordings and transcripts of its interview with Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell, where she's heard denying witnessing any sexually inappropriate interactions with now President Trump. The home and office of former Trump National Security Adviser John Bolton searched by the FBI.

Multiple sources briefed tell Fox News Agents searched for put potentially classified documents. As the raid unfolded, top Justice Department and FBI leaders took to social media, posting no one is above the law. Hours later, agents descended on Bolton's D.C. office. Sources say Bolton remained in his office most of the morning before returning home. President Trump says he was not given a heads up before the raids.

The chief of the Navy Reserve and a Navy SEAL officer who oversees Naval Special Warfare Command both fire today. Two defense officials tell Fox News the reasons they were fired are not known. This comes after the firing of lieutenant General Jeffrey Cruz, who led the US Defense Intelligence Agency. His agency's initial intelligence assessment of damage to Iranian nuclear sites from US Strikes angered President Trump. America is listening to Fox News.
