28 year old Indian national made a zoom call into court. He's facing three counts of vehicular homicide, three counts of manslaughter, and he now has no bond. Singh did not yet plead guilty or not guilty. The judge acknowledged Singh is an illegal alien, saying no conditions of release would ensure his appearance at trial. All this comes after seeing allegedly killed three people on a Florida highway earlier this month. Video shows Singh making an illegal U turn in an 18 wheeler while a minivan crashes into the truck.

Singh's brother has also been arrested and faces deportation. The Trump administration is suspending visas for foreign truck drivers in response to this incident. Kilmer Abrego Garcia returned to Maryland after being released from a Tennessee jail on Friday, where ICE is now threatening to detain him again and deport him to Uganda. His lawyer, Simon Sandoval Moshenburg, calling that move completely unreasonable.
