In Tennessee has revoked bond from an accused of killing four members of a family. He's also accused of attempted murder in a separate case.

Austin Drummond was out on bond when he became the suspect in the murders of four members of a family. 38 year old Courtney Rose, 15 year old Braden Williams, 20 year old Adrianna Williams and 21 year old Matthew Wilson. He's accused of kidnapping Adriana's seven month old daughter, then abandoning her in a nearby county. Law enforcement searched for him for several days and during his court hearing Monday, a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agent said cell phone data and surveillance video placed Drummond at the scene of the murders. The judge revoked bond for attempted murder and drug allegations Drummond picked up while in prison. He was previously in prison for 13 years for aggravated robbery. Senator Bob Menendez expressed regret from behind bars for blaming his wife for the crime that landed him in prison.

Bob Menendez wrote a letter to Judge Sidney Stein, who sentenced him to prison and will sentence Menendez's wife Nadine on corruption charges next month. Of his regret for not going over his defense attorney's words implying Nadine Menendez was to blame for cash and gold bars found in their New Jersey home, he further said in the letter sending her to prison ignores the trauma she suffered because of their case. The sentiment echoed her lawyer's claims to the judge that Nady Menendez is not her husband or her co defendants. They suggest a sentence of one year and one day when it's handed down September 11th.
