The goal, according to a senior Trump administration official, is to make sure consumers have accurate information about drugs. The government is also looking at the role social media influencers have in advertising drugs. The Justice Department has charged a man accused of fatally stabbing a Ukrainian refugee to death on a commuter train last month with a federal crime that could carry the death penalty. FBI Special Agent in Charge James Barnacle says Decarlos Brown Jr. Is a repeat offender.

Prosecutors say he stabbed 23 year old Irina Zarutska in her neck unprovoked moments after she sat down in front of him on the commuter train. Her relatives say she had been living in a bomb shelter before coming to the US in the hopes of a better life. President Trump, on his way out to dinner in Washington, D.C. a short time ago, was asked about the Israeli strike targeting Hamas and Qatar. I'm not thrilled about the whole situation.

Qatar has served as a mediator for the war between Israel and Hamas, hamas said in a statement. Its top leaders survived the attack with five lower members were killed. The president said earlier the decision to strike was made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and he had nothing to do with it. Democrat James Walkinshaw has won a special election for Virginia's 11th House district. He'll take over this year previously held by Democrat Congressman Jerry Connelly who died in May. A Tennessee man accused of planning to attack the electric grid in Nashville pleads guilty.

Skyler Phillippe of Columbia, Tennessee, 24 years old, was arrested in November believing he was about to destroy a power substation in Nashville with an explosives carrying drone, his lookouts. Two people he'd told about the plan and his white supremacist ideology that he'd also ordered explosives from were undercover FBI agents. Prosecutors say he'd earlier told a confidential FBI source he planned to commit a mass shooting at a ymca, deciding later that wasn't radical enough to contribute to a movement leading to a whites only state. Philippe pleads guilty to attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction and attempting to destroy an energy facility. He'll be sentenced by a federal judge. Chris Foster, Fox News.

A Georgia judge says he will throw out a racketeering charges against all the defendants accused of a conspiracy to stop construction of a police and firefighter facility in Fulton County, Georgia. Fulton County Judge Kevin Farmer says he doesn't believe Republican Attorney General Chris Carr has the authority to obtain indictments under the state's RICO law. Nepal's prime minister resigned Tuesday after at least 19 people were killed when police opened fire on anti government protesters.

The landlocked country in South Asia needs a new leader. Prime Minister KP Sumer Oli and other ministers quit. But those decisions are not quelling loud protests in the capital of Kathmandu. The sounds of people in the streets angry about a ban on social media platforms and government corruption. Protesters set fire to homes of some of Nepal's top political leaders in opposition of the ban that was lifted earlier Tuesday. The proposed bill has been widely criticized as a tool for censorship and for punishing government opponents who voice their protests online.
