There's a gray Dodge Challenger still in the driveway which we were surprised to see here because authorities say the Kirk assassin was driving a gray Dodge Challenger on the day of the shooting. So that very well may be the shooter's car. And in fact, a short while ago, we saw Utah police taping up that car.

FOX on fox's Spence Report with Brett Baier. An evidence collection specialist with the FBI spent more than an hour on the stand today in the trial of the man accused of an assassination attempt on President Trump in Florida.

The judge in the federal case against Ryan Ruth reminded jurors he's accused of attempted assassination and that that must be proven. FBI Special Agent Catherine Rose testified about responding to the scene outside the Trump golf course last September in West Palm beach, finding a camera lens pointed at the sixth hole. The evidence team also found a rifle magazine, ammunition in the magazine and a GoPro type camera, among other items. The jurors declined to examine any of the evidence up close. Ruth, who's representing himself, tried to cross examine Agent Rose, asking if the way the scope was attached to the rifle was correct. And she said she was not a firearms expert and couldn't make that call.

A week after doctors in Minneapolis worry that there could be a third death from the mass shooting at annunciation Catholic Church. 12 year old Sophia Fortis, who was shot in the head, is still fighting.

A school age child has died of complications from measles contracted when they were a baby and too young to get vaccinated, which is under 12 to 15 months. The rare complication hits 1 in 10,000 people who get measles, but it's 1 in 600 for infants. Subacute sclerosing pan encephalitis is incurable, causing progressive brain damage that's almost always fatal considering this has been the worst year for measles in three decades. Dr. Mantu Davis with Los Angeles County Health reminds people infants too young to be vaccinated rely on all of us to help protect them through community immunity. An appeals court in San Francisco has denied Google's request to continue its pause of an order to make sweeping reforms to its App store while it challenges the decision in a lawsuit by Epic Games, the maker of Fortnite. Workers at Boeing have rejected another contract proposal extending their nearly six week strike at three plants in the Midwest. The workers build fighter jets, weapons systems and the Navy's first carrier based unmanned aircraft. I'm Lisara. This is FOX news.
