A memorial to Charlie Kirk. I'm Daria Albinger, fox news, Washington, DC's Kennedy center, the site of a vigil tonight for the conservative activist who was fatally shot while speaking last week at a college in Utah. We are also learning more about the new activity at the scene of the shooting that police have been talking about. And at a memorial at Turning Point USA headquarters in Phoenix.

There was digging at the site where the infamous white tent was that Charlie was shot in. University officials tell Fox grass is being ripped up to lay down new pavement and flowers to revive the area. One school official telling us they're trying to make it more beautiful again. And a man trampled a memorial for Charlie Kirk at the Turning Point headquarters in Phoenix. This happened just a few hours ago. Our photographer on the scene says the man kicked over flowers, vases and balloons. Phoenix police say he has since been arrested. He was taken to the ground by an onlooker and then handcuffed by police.

Mr. Davis, back in February, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer presented President Trump with that invitation, a gift from King Charles. President Trump and the first lady will be flying to Britain later this week and of course return and go to Charlie Kirk's memorial service in Arizon. And it should be quite a spectacle in the UK of course, nobody does pomp like the Brits. The flypasses they call it. They are the flyover, some 35 jets. When President Trump lays a wreath at the Queen's tomb at St. George's Chapel in Windsor.

President Trump also said that he's keeping Russia's sanctions on the front burner and told NATO members they got to be tough on Russia, too.
