Crowds are really starting to show up here and we expect it to only get busier as we get closer and closer to that planned public memorial and at nearby State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Now, a lot of the folks we've talked to are locals. They're from Arizona. But there's still a big portion of folks who are coming in from all over the country, from coast to coast and in some cases around the world. They tell us that if they can't get in tomorrow, they're going to just watch the stream. And they feel that it's a fitting honor that both President Trump and Vice President Vance will be speaking. However, we do know that authorities are preparing for some protests and possible disruptions.

Luigi Mangione is charged with killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson on a New York City sidewalk last December. His attorneys filed a motion with the federal court Saturday arguing the government prejudiced the case by turning his arrest into what they called a Marvel movie spectacle, including a choreographed perp walk. And with their pretrial comments that if convicted, Mangioni should be executed, federal prosecutors have until the end of next month to respond. Manjioni also faces state murder charges, but New York does not have the death penalty. He has pled not guilty to the murder. Jack Callahan, FOX News.

President Trump made headlines during his trip to London by telling reporters he's actively working to reacquire Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan, which has been under Taliban control since the disastrous U.S. withdrawal in August of 2021. The president did not offer details about whether it will be a negotiated takeover or if he'll send combat troops back in, but he says its position between Russia and China makes the base an important strategic asset. The Taliban government quickly rejected the idea of American troops returning to Afghanistan while leaving the door open for negotiation in other areas. While regional powers like China called for.
