An immigration judge rejects Kilmar Abrego Garcia's request to reopen his deport.

He has 30 days to appeal, but pending that, a final order of removal for Kilmar. Abrego Garcia stands with an immigration judge, rejecting a motion from his attorneys to reopen his 2019 asylum case. The motion was filed in August due to fears that Abrego Garcia, from El Salvador, living in Maryland with a wife and kids, was at risk of imminent removal to Uganda. He was deported to a prison in El Salvador in March and brought back in June, immediately charged in Tennessee with human smuggling based on a 2022 traffic stop. He's suing the federal government over his detention. There's a court hearing in that case scheduled next Monday. Chris Foster, Fox News.

Billionaire Elon Musk is reportedly the first person in the world to amass $500 billion in net worth. That's half a trillion dollars and almost equal to Austria's entire GDP. Forbes reports that Tesla and SpaceX CEO's fortune has grown from 24 billion in 2020 to this dizzying amount, putting him about $150 billion ahead of Oracle co founder Larry Ellison, the world's second richest person. Last month, Musk posted on X in his words, it's not about compensation, but about me having enough influence over Tesla to ensure safety if we build millions of robots.
