The highly anticipated murder trial of a man accused of killing his wife is being postponed while he's further evaluated.

Brian Walsh's murder trial was supposed to have started in a couple of weeks, but that's been delayed after a judge has ordered that he be examined for mental competency. Walsh, who has pleaded not guilty to all charges, is accused of murdering and dismembering his wife, Anna Walsh, at their Massachusetts home in 2023. Her body has not been found. Prosecutors say Brian Walsh had made multiple online searches for quote, dismemberment and best ways to dispose of a body. Court documents show that Walsh will be sent to the Bridgewater State Hospital for 20 days to undergo the evaluation. A competency hearing is set for later this month. Tanya J.

Powers, FOX News Good Samaritans help rescue a woman involved in a helicopter crash on a California highway.

A medical helicopter crashing on Highway 50 in Sacramento Monday night critically injuring three people on board, including a woman who is pinned underneath and rescued by drivers who rushed to help officials lift part of the aircraft. Captain Justin Sylvia of the Sacramento Fire Department says it took every ounce of all approximately 15 people to move that aircraft up just enough to get her out, noting the helicopter was returning from dropping a patient off at a hospital when it experienced an in air emergency, revealing the pilot, a nurse and a paramedic on board were hospitalized. He goes on to explain no one on the highway was injured, calling this mind blowing. California Highway Patrol says the cause of the crash is under investigation. Kristin Goodwin, fox news.
