I might say, look, if this war is not going to get settled, I'm going to send them Tomahawks. I may said that the Tomahawk is an incredible weapon, very offensive weapon and honestly, Russia does not need that.

A mass shooting at a bar on South Carolina's St. Helena island left four people dead and at least 20 injured overnight. In Deputies say they arrived to find several victims amid a large crowd, with others fleeing to nearby businesses for safety. The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office called it a tragic and difficult incident and is asking for patience as the investigation continues. Four victims died at the scene. Four of the wounded remain in critical condition. Identities not being released A legal limbo ends for a South Carolina death row inmate Fox's Jack Callahan explains.

Fred Singleton was condemned to die in South Carolina's electric chair back in 1983 for the rape and murder of a woman. Police had found his fingerprints at her home and her jewelry in his pocket when he was arrested. But Singleton's attorneys argued he was mentally incompetent and the South Carolina State Supreme Court eventually agreed, blocking his execution but leaving the death sentence in place in case he should someday be restored to reason. It didn't happen and never will. Fred Singleton died last week from natural causes in a prison infirmary. He was 81 and spent more than half his life on death row.

Jack Callahan, Fox News France's newly reappointed prime minister, Sebastien Lecornau, named a new government today as he faces pressure to urgently produce a budget and quell political turmoil that is scarring businesses and staining the country's image. The cabinet includes several members who served in previous governments, from President Emmanuel Macron's centrist camp and allied conservatives, as well as a few people from outside the political circle. It is unclear how long this new term will last. Macron, whose term runs to 2027, lacks a majority in the deeply fractured parliament, opposition leaders calling for new elections or his resignation.
