The President Trump in Egypt earlier today where he met with leaders of more than 30 countries to discuss the peace deal between Israel and Hamas. 20 living hostages were reunited with their families today. Before that, he traveled to Israel and spoke before the Israeli Parliament. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised the president for his work negotiating the deal.

The bodies of four of the 28 hostages believed to be dead have also been returned to Israel. In exchange, Israel has released about 2,000 Palestinian prisoners. Yesterday, President Trump warned Russia he may send Ukraine long range Tomahawk missiles if Moscow, Moscow doesn't settle its war there soon. Black voter groups and advocates in Louisiana sued after a redrawn congressional map following the 2020 census created just one Black majority voting district out of six in a state that's a third black lower court sided with them and then the state sued. But they did add a second majority black district in the meantime after the high court found Alabama had violated the Voting Rights act and diluted black voting power. Vienna, though, argued that race rather than politics is the main factor in redrawing the state's congressional map. Police in Hermosa beach say people need to stay vigilant against the criminals known to follow customers leaving a bank with cash, bank envelopes or cash bags in hand. Those criminals then wait for their victims to make their next stop. And once they're out of the car, they either break into the vehicle to steal the money or in some cases attack that person and force them to hand it over.
