Putting the plan to rebuild Gaza into motion. I'm Lisa Licera. Fox news Vice President J.D. vance in Israel overseeing the establishment of a civilian military cooperation center.

200American troops are serving at this new cooperation Center. Vice President J.D. vance said work is underway to retrieve all of the hostage bodies still in Gaza and that they still expect Hamas.

To disarm Hamas while all the fighters can be given some sort of clemency and they're not going to be able to kill each other and they're not going to be able to kill their fellow Palestinians.

He says the eventual goal is to ensure there are security forces not composed of Americans who can oversee maintaining peace in Gaza.

I think once we've got to a point where both the Gazans and our Israeli friends can have some measure of security, then we'll worry about what the long term governance of Gaza is.

But he said for now the focus is on rebuilding and safety.

Crown jewels stolen over the weekend from the Louvre museum are worth an estimated $102 million. But he added the monetary value does not include the historical value to France. French police are still looking for the suspects. The Trump administration has a new ally in its program of deportations.

Belize in Central America has signed a safe third country agreement with the states. The details aren't clear, but it's thought likely to be similar to a deal agreed with Paraguay in August that sees asylum seekers request protections there instead of the US Considered by critics to be a way of making it harder for migrants to seek asylum, the State Department says it's all about ending abuse of the asylum system. The Department of Homeland Security says federal officers shot a man in the elbow and a U.S. marshal was struck in the hand during an immigration enforcement operation in Los Angeles. DHS assistant secretary Tricia McLaughlin says agents fired shots after the man who entered the US Illegally and previously escaped custody tried to ram them with his car. A California man agrees to plead guilty to acting as an illegal agent for the Chinese government.

The plea agreement says he followed instructions to post pro China content on the candidate's website and worked with another illegal Chinese agent, Chen Jr. Who was sentenced last year to 20 months in prison. The son is expected in court on Monday.
