A South Carolina manicure already accused of kidnapping and keeping four people locked away in a basement is now facing a murder charge.

Police in Lancaster, South Carolina, say a man already in custody for imprisoning four people, including a married couple in his basement for a decade is now charged with murder. Donny Ray Burchfield Jr. Was first arrested in August after a woman allegedly one of his victims was was found dead. He was charged with keeping those four people against their will, controlling their lives, including when they could eat and use a toilet, and stealing their money. Now Burchfield is accused of killing that female victim, identified as 49 year old Shirley Arnsdorf. Birchfield's lawyer says he's innocent. Eben Brown, FOX News.

A former Amazon driver is suing the Equal Opportunity Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for dropping an investigation into whether Amazon discriminates against female drivers. The investigation was dropped after an executive order by President Trump directing federal agencies to deprioritize the use of a key tool for enforcing civil rights law. The Louvre museum in Paris back open today, missing $100 million or so in stolen jewels.

Hundreds of people lined up as barriers erected after Sunday morning's burglary came down. The Louvre is closed on Tuesdays anyway, giving investigators and museum staff extra time with no visitors to deal with. Those visitors will not be allowed into the jewel lined Apollo Room where thieves broke in through an outside window, smashed two display cases and stole eight pieces that had belonged to French royalty. One of them, a crown with more than 1300 diamonds, was found outside the museum, damaged but fixable. The Paris prosecutor says four people have been identified as being at the scene and there's evidence being analyzed from where the thieves are believed to have stolen the lift used to get up to the window.
